The 2008 Northern California All-American Soap Box Derby Champions are: Terri Bertino in Stock, Betsy Smith in Super Stock and Jamie Smith in Masters. 10/14/2007. Racers from Oregon, Washington, southern California and northern California made this the largest soap box derby race weekend in Vallejo in recent history. A big thank you goes out to all of the families, racers, and volunteers that put in the extra effort to make this possible. See the results section for the top finishers.
